must be paid no later than Monday, July 27, 2009. A cheerleader
holding a balance for any of the items listed above after
the due date may not participate in cheer activities until
payment has been received.
**This invoice does not include the cheerleader’s practice/workshop
wear or jacket. Payment information for these items will be
given on a separate invoice.
